A Philadelphia high school found its staff and students overwhelmed by COVID-19. They needed help applying the right academic interventions and coaching to the right students and teachers. We determined what data would be most actionable, established the data-governance policies to ensure that data was reliably collected, and built a suite of simple dashboards their team could use to easily group people why what they needed. A school for students in the child-welfare system struggled with program fidelity and showcasing their impact to donors. We helped them identify 3 crucial data domains and define exactly how to collect and make use of those data: (1) basic student and school data for daily ops, (2) high-value, low-effort data for impact evaluation, and (3) academic standards data for program fidelity
A school was ready to transition from startup to established organization, but their tech couldn’t keep pace with their team. We led a 2-year transformation, integrating 6 legacy systems into a single Salesforce ecosystem. The project gave their revenue-generating departments visibility into hundreds of shared accounts, created a unified record for 1,000+ students, and saves hundreds staff hours annually.
A non-profit dedicated to reducing recidivism through self-guided rehabilitation yielded miraculous results but struggled to scale. We met with inmates, analyzed historical data, and learned from organizations like AA to isolate two key recommendations: shifting to group rehabilitation and focusing on a specific portfolio of public grants. 18 months later, their membership had grown by 300% and grant income more than quadrupled their total revenue.
